JTEKT Mechanical Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.

　　JTEKT Mechanical Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was established in October 2025 through the merger of Wuxi Guangyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and Guangyang Machinery (Wuxi) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The common parent company of both parties is JTEKT Mechanical Systems Co., Ltd. (Japan), formerly known as Nidec Sankyo Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd., which was renamed to its current name in 2022.
　　Wuxi Guangyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was a joint venture established in 1994 through a Sino-Japanese investment partnership. Among the stakeholders, Japan's Koha Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. holds a 51% share, while Wuxi Kaiyuan Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. owns a 49% share. The company's primary business involves introducing intellectual property rights and locally producing the KC series centerless grinders and HD3C series horizontal double-end face grinders.
　　Original Guangyang Machinery (Wuxi) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established in 1996 with investment from Japan's Guangyang Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. The business scope mainly includes two categories: sales, design, and service of equipment produced by JETTEKET Mechanical Systems in China; KIH series internal grinding machines, KVD series vertical double end grinding machines, 3RG series specialized grinding machines, and R431 vertical single end grinding machines that have been introduced with intellectual property rights and produced locally.
　　The goal of the new company's integration is to further strengthen its manufacturing strength, utilize advanced and mature technology and management system, produce various international first-class specialized grinding machines, and meet the demand of domestic users for high-end grinding machines. At the same time, with the goal of pursuing high-quality products, we continuously expand the variety of products to make them competitive in both quality and price, thereby helping the Chinese market gain practical economic benefits and generate positive industrial upgrading effects. The ultimate goal is to turn our enterprise into a modern enterprise with high standards, high levels, multiple fields, and high intelligence in the Chinese grinding machine industry.
　　The current company has 115 employees, including 6 Japanese management personnel. The business premises are located at No. 89 Xixie Road, Zone B, Wuxi National High tech Industrial Development Zone, adjacent to Sunan International Airport. The annual output is about 180 grinding machines of various types, with an output value of about 250 million yuan.
　　Our user base is mainly distributed in the following industries: home appliance refrigeration (63%), automotive parts (24%), engineering equipment (9%), bearings (2%), medical equipment (1%), textile machinery (1%), etc. Among them, Japanese companies account for about 40%.
